You can rent Cooper's Hall for a room fee of $250 per hour, with a 3 hour minimum. Payment is due in full in order to reserve your date; payments are fully refundable 30 days before your event. Beer/wine/cider can be purchased via open bar, cash bar, or drink tickets.
No, you will be provided with a private bartender, and you can decide how you would like to run the bar tab for your party. Gratuities should be allocated appropriately to your party staff.
We do have on site rotating food trucks that we would ask you to patronize first, but catering is allowed and we have a list of preferred caterers if you need suggestions.
No outside alcoholic beverages may be served; non alcoholic beverages like soft drinks and juice are allowed. Be aware that we do not have ice or a freezer available for guest use.
Yes, we just ask that any decorations you set up be taken down and removed at the end of your party. Please do not use tape on the walls, and refrain from using confetti or glitter. We ask that you remove everything within 30 minutes after your allotted time is over.
You can access Cooper's Hall 1 hour before your party to set up.
Yes, Cooper's Hall is completely ADA compliant and has two private bathrooms
